MICRONEEDLING FACIAL
WHAT IS MICRONEEDLING FACIAL?
Microneedling is a procedure that uses small needles to create micro channels into the skin. The purpose of treatment is to generate new collagen and skin tissue for smoother, firmer, more toned skin. Microneedling is mostly used on the face and may treat various scars, wrinkles, and large pores.
Microneedling is used to treat and improve conditions like acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, loose skin, skin texture, pore size, brown spots, stretch marks, and pigmentations issues. It’s also called skin needling, collagen induction therapy (CIT), and percutaneous collagen induction (PCI).

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING SERUM WITH MICRO NEEDLING
The needles create channels in the skin, allowing any applied serums to penetrate to deeper skin layers than they would normally (and therefore work much more effectively).
Research has shown that normally, only 0.3% of the active ingredients in cosmetics can penetrate the skin; the remaining 97.7% simply sits on skin and is effectively wasted.
The derma roller is proven to increase absorption by up to 1000%, meaning that 75-85% of active ingredients penetrate through the epidermis to the dermis. So combining needling with the right products can dramatically speed up the repair process.
WHY MICRONEEDLING IS EFFECTIVE
When the needling process is repeated, the new collagen gradually thickens the skin, improving its texture and increasing suppleness and firmness. Wrinkles and depressed scars are filled in, raised scars are smoothed out. Pores appear smaller and stretch marks and hyperpigmentation fade.
Microneedling also create new capillaries, resulting in increased blood supply to the skin – delivering oxygen and vital nutrients to skin cells and removing waste.
